Future Glory
Romans 8:22-23 We know that the whole creation has been groaning as in the pains of childbirth right up to the present time. Not only so, but we ourselves, who have the firstfruits, of the Spirit, groan inwardly as we wait eagerly for our adoption as sons, the redemption of our bodies.
We will be resurrected with glorified bodies like the body Christ now has in heaven (See 1 Corinthians 15:25-58). We have the “firstfuits,” the first installment or down payment of the Holy Spirit as a guarantee of our resurrection life (see 2 Corintians 1:222; 5:5; Ephesians 1:14).
Lets Bring it Home: Have you receive the first installment or down payment of the Holy Spirit? Has the Holy Spirit set up camp inside of you? If not, get save now, and believe with Heart and confess with mouth that Jesus is Lord to receive your down payment.
