John 1:12,13 Yet to all who received him, to those who believed in his name, he gave the right to become children of God, children born not of natural decent, nor of human decision or a husband’s will, but born of God.
All who welcome Jesus Christ as Lord of their lives are reborn spiritually, receiving new life from God. Through faith in Christ, this new birth changes us from the inside out-rearranging our attitudes, desires, and motives. Being born makes you physically alive and places you in your parents’ family.
